1		World Netball Championship 2011 3 July – 10 July 2011 The World Netball Championships (WNC) will be held in Singapore this year, at the Singapore Indoor Stadium from 3 to 10 July 2011. Five countries: Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica, England, Singapore and Malawi automatically qualify for the WNC 2011. Other teams from Africa, the Americas & Caribbean, Europe, Oceania and Asia will battle it out for the Championship title. Where to go: Singapore Indoor Stadium

2		President’s Young Performers Concert 8 July 2011 Lose yourself in a programme of popular classics. Conducted by Joshua Tan, winner of the Mitropoulos Conducting Competition and the Resident Conductor at Beijing’s NCPA Orchestra, it also features Loh Jun Hong on the violin and Azariah Tan on the piano. 3		Colours of the Wind Concert 9 July 2011 The Colours of the Wind concert will feature Tang Jun Qiao, an outstanding Chinese dizi performer and Michala Petri, a recorder soloist from Denmark. Tang will play “In Sorrow of Desolated Mountain” which is a tribute to the famous Tang poet Li Bai while Michala Petri will impress with her skills. Where to go: Esplanade Concert Hall

4		NTUC Kite Festival 2011 15 July – 24 July 2011 Have loads of fun with your family at NTUC’s Indoor Flying Fiesta.
